I was skeptical about using PINCHme because I really hadn’t heard about it other than an ad on one of my social media pages. But, since I have had success using Influenster, I figured it wasn’t much different. (To see my blog post about Influenster, click here!). PINCHme provides you with free samples by mail with no hidden fees or other sketchy stuff!
What is PINCHme?
PINCHme is a website that offers free product samples in exchange for honest feedback. I have only been a PINCHme member for a few months and I have already received samples from popular brands like Garnier Fructis, Moroccan Oil and Starbucks! I have actually liked some of the free samples so much that I’ve purchased the full-sized version at the grocery store.
How do I get Free Samples?
- Create an account on PINCHme’s website
- Complete your Member Profile by answering questions about your household and shopping habits. They can’t send you products unless they know your likes, dislikes and overall lifestyle.
- You can receive free products 2 different ways on PINCHme’s website, with Sample Tuesday being the easiest and most popular.
Sample Tuesday
- When you receive an email that free samples are available, head to your account on PINCHme’s website! You can pick which samples you’d like shipped to you for free.
- Samples are available on one Tuesday per month; you can see this date on your account. Remember to act fast when you receive an email that there are samples available for you to choose on their website; there are only a certain amount available and they go fast!
- When you receive your samples and have a chance to try them, go back to PINCHme website and complete a short feedback survey for each product. If you do not fill out the survey for each product you receive, you may become ineligible for future products because you didn’t hold up your end of the deal!
QWIZme
Separate from Sample Tuesday is QWIZme, which is a contest sponsored by PINCHme. You complete surveys on your PINCHme account that are provided by 3rd party companies. The more surveys you complete, the more points you get! Please note that you may not qualify for every survey you begin, but you’ll still get about 10 points for attempting the survey. If you complete a survey you get a lot more points! A certain amount of points will qualify you for a PINCHme box filled with a lot of samples, or a chance to earn gift cards.
The QWIZme portion of their website is more work than just clicking which samples you want on Sample Tuesday, but you have the opportunity to gain more free stuff. Prizes your receive from QWIZme are just an added bonus to any samples you receive on Sample Tuesday!
Influenster vs PINCHme
You receive full-sized product from Influenster and only sample sizes with PINCHme. But, with PINCHme, there is a wider variety of products, which is nice! Some of my favorite free samples products I’ve received from PINCHme so far have been Starbucks Kcup pods, Eva NYC dry shampoo, Garnier Fructis hair masks, Moroccan Oil hair treatment, Biore face masks and RX nut butter! I haven’t received enough points from surveys to receive anything from QWIZme just yet!
